While there is a separate unit located at the back of the property, the two spaces are well separated and most guests don’t even realize the other unit is there. You may enter the home in two convenient ways: Front door on the ground floor, located directly in front of the house as you drive up. Second-floor deck entrance, which leads directly into the main living room. Just inside the ground-floor entrance is a mudroom, perfect for leaving shoes, beach gear, strollers, or outdoor equipment before heading upstairs to the main living area.
